Registration

 

  • Fill in the online registration form to register.

  • Please note that registration for the 2024-2025 school year opens February 1, 2024 (January 25th for returning families).

  • Return the completed 2023-2024 authorisation form (for Jan-June 2024) or the 2024-2025 authorisation form (for Sept 2024 start) with a $75 cheque or etransfer (admin fees) as well as all other required cheques (see our fees page for more details).

  • The $75 cheque is used for administrative fees and also as a deposit that RESERVES a space for your child until the AGM in May.

  • Children must be three (3) years old to attend our programs. If your child is not yet 3 at registration, the monthly fees will need to be paid in order to reserve your desired spot for them once they reach the required age.

  • Notes:

    • Registrations are accepted throughout the year as space permits.

    • Above and beyond the Affordability Grants of $75/month (half day programs) or $225-$626/month full day programs with 50-100h min attendance), additional child care subsidies may be available for you! Please check here to see if you qualify.

Please note that families must pay the $75 registration fee to secure their space until the Annual General Meeting in May - at which time fees for September and June are due.

In September 2024, La Capucine will only plan to offer full day options.
