Fees

Registration Information

Please note:

  1. Information concerning fees for both half day and full day programs can be found on our Fees checklists and in the Parent Handbook.

  2. Tuition is calculated on an annual basis, regardless of the school calendar and the total number of classes per month or year. Post-dated cheques are due at the time of registration.

  3. We accept electronic transfers for school fees and registration fees at premat.capucine@gmail.com A fee of $6.50 per month will be charged for monthly automatic debit payment.

  4. For families with more than one child attending the Capucine during the same year, the registration fee ($75) is required for each child/record, while only one set of deposit cheques ($100 and $500, see item #4) is required per family.

  5. Cheques should be made payable to “Prematernelle la Capucine".

  6. A $50 fee will be charged for NSF cheques. All payments must be made within five (5) business days and the child must be withdrawn from class until the fees are paid in full.

  7. The full fee is due even if the child is temporarily absent (e.g. vacation, illness).

  8. For families in need of financial assistance to cover the cost of tuition at the Capucine, please apply for assistance directly at: www.alberta.ca

 

Fees for our half-day (3h) program

  • Registration fee (non-refundable): $75

  • 2 half days/week $146/month

  • 3 half days/week $234/month

  • 5 half days/week $421/month

    These prices include the affordability grant but do not include any additional subsidies.

Fees for our full day preschool program

  • Registration fee (non refundable): $75

  • 2 days per week (minimum 50h/month): $255/month

  • 3 days per week (minimum 50h/month: $495/month

  • 5 days per week (minimum 100h/month: $574/month

    Fees for September 2024 and June 2025 are due at our AGM on May 29, 2024 for both half and full day programs. Please see Parent Handbook for full details.
