Please note:

1. Information concerning fees for our programs can be found on our Fees checklists above and in the Parent Handbook.

2. Tuition is calculated on an annual basis, regardless of the school calendar and the total number of classes per month or year. Post-dated cheques are due at the time of registration.

3. We accept either cheques or e-transfers for school fees. Please send your e-transfer to premat.capucine@gmail.com

4. For families with more than one child attending the Capucine during the same year, the registration fee ($75) is required for each child/record, while only one set of deposit cheques or e-transfer deposit ($100 and $500, see item #4) is required per family.

5. Cheques should be made payable to “Prematernelle la Capucine".

6. A $50 fee will be charged for NSF cheques. All payments must be made within five (5) business days and the child must be withdrawn from class until the fees are paid in full.

7. The full subsidized fee is due even if the child is temporarily absent (e.g. vacation, illness).

8. In the event of a prolonged absence (ie, absence of one full calendar month or more) rendering any Government grant ineligible, families will be responsible for covering the full monthly fees. Please see the Alberta Government Funding Guide
